Horta, we need to understand what water/biyo is. Today there is substantial scientific evidence to show that water has tremendous memory. If you just generate a thought while looking at water, The molecular structure of the water will start to change...Just from a look.
How you treat the water remains in memory for a long period of time. So before we consume it or before it touches our body, how we treat it changes the water. Today modern is saying "water is a liquid computer" the volume of memory and intelligence it carries by itself makes it a Liquid computer. Science just found out but this is something sufis already knew. In Islam, we call it 'Tahleel'.
The way to do it is in a form of Dhikr(the person is absorbed in the rhythmic repetition of the name of God, verses, or gods attributes from the Quran). You do this while focusing or spitting on the water. That water becomes HOLY and drinking it heals the body completely...If done right. Today people think its "superstition" but science is now agreeing.
