We see the truth in ibn khalduns quote in our Arab world. We see it in the greater Maghreb region and we see it in Lebanon. We see Arabs speaking to their children in French, we see them reply with French greetings and French words. On their tongue, lies the French language. But inside, lies an Arab consciousness and being. Do not imitate your conqueror, rather your nation.
