Tomorrow I am gonna do a vicious workout at the gym and lift harder and more than I ever have before. I will completely murder my arms until they pretty much get to point that I can't even move them. To completely failure. Work them out to complete failure. Last week I murdered my abs and midsection hard.

Arnold Schwarzeneger said "Shock the Muscle" work it until it fails and you have to walk around with arms that you can't even barely move. I will be doing the HGH Booster too.
