Coming from a guy who is trying to get better at dunking, I wanted to share my trials and tribulations with dunking. I wasn't always the skinny boy of the group, I was naturally the heaviest in my group. I was 111kgs at 6'2. After my change I went from 111kgs down to 89kgs at 6'4. I always wanted to dunk really hard, I knew I always had the drive to jump over every person on the court and just dunk it.

Exercise this and that are just things that can strengthen your jumping form. Do you think Maasai jumpers can jump very high, do they use squats to boost their jumps?
Answer is NO
The true answer is they have been jumping for most of their lives.
The more I jump, without running, one foot, two foot, broad jump, i kept on getting better and better.
I went from touching the rim to rim grazing and insha Allah getting it consistently.
As a person who thought I could be Zion Williamson, I could never reach that level but I believe it could do more harm than good I am better of where I am now.
The Solution to Dunking:
-Jump more, do every kind of jump in the book, at school we had jump over table and chairs competitions. We used the vertical jump test as well.
- Loose some weight
-Revise your jumping technique maybe you can jump high but you may not use your maximum potential
