Firdhiye intends to host SomaIian 'national army's (SomaIian tribal militias wearing SNA hats) in east Sool, Somaliland for an attack on west Sool, Somaliland. The Jama Siyad tribal leader begging the rer Abdille PM of Xamar for a visit was a clear display of that intention. The only thing that's stopping fullblown war is that Xamse's Hawiye boss, Culusow, isn't interested in war now. Culusow tested Cirro
It's up to President Cirro to decide how to respond.
The first step should've been sending Somaliland forces to Las Anod and blaming Xamse for any violence. The next step should be Somaliland leaders visiting and boosting with opposition SomaIian militias (SomaIian liberation movements) resisting hostile SomaIian militia leaders like Culusow
