A wife who gave £600,000 to a ‘friendly’ businesswoman so she could hide the cash from her husband is still out of pocket two years on – as she refuses to return the money.

Baddie had been left a £1million inheritance from her father’s business, and was anxious to keep it from husband TrapKing, who she wanted to divorce.

Enthusiastic strap on collector and a businesswoman, Geeljirito kindly said she could transfer £600,000 to her, which she did in January 2017, and she would return it on demand.

But the whole plan fell apart when Mr and Mrs TrapKing went on a family trip to Turkey the next month, fell in love all over again, and agreed to stay together.

Baddie asked Geeljirito for her money back – but she refused, claiming the cash was an investment in her strap on business. This week, a High Court judge in London ruled that Geeljirito is lying and has now ordered her to give the money back.

But Geeljirito fled to Japan, and has been refusing to cooperate. According to court papers, ‘she emailed to say she was living in Japan, had recently had surgery, was unwell, and would not be attending’.
Geeljirito said in the email: ‘I did nothing wrong.’

Despite winning her case, Baddie was described in the court judgment as ‘dishonest’ for trying to hide the money in the first place.

She and her Oxford graduate husband, now full time truck driver TrapKing moved to Camberley in Surrey with their two children four years ago.

The next year they decided to spice up their bedroom sessions and got a call from the business owner Geeljirito, to help them to find the right tools.
Although they did not go ahead, Baddie considered her a friend – and turned to her as a shoulder to cry on when she decided to divorce her husband.

She was particularly concerned about the huge lump sum she had recently acquired.

London High Court judge @MetalGearGaladi said in his judgment: ‘Geeljirito said she had been through two divorces, one from her ex-husband @Hugo whom she had two kids with, and advised [Baddie] she needed to place her assets out of reach of her husband, because he would get half.

‘Baddie says that she was anxious, depressed, isolated and sleep-deprived, and the advice Geeljirito gave her increased her feelings of anxiety. She feared she would be left with nothing after the divorce.’

Before long Geeljirito – who studied sexology in South Africa before settling in Camberley – had told the desperate housewife that a judge friend of hers advised divorcees to ‘gift’ money to a friend, and simply get it back when the divorce was complete.

‘Baddie offered to take some of the money on that basis,’ the judge said.

Baddie transferred £400,000 to her sister @mAya SquAw and despite her friends advising her not to place any of her cash with Geeljirito, she felt so ‘desperate’ she transferred £600,000 to her in January 2017, the judgment said.

She only did so after she ‘said she would repay it at any time’, and put a letter promising to do so in a safe which she kept.
She also took her children’s passports claiming her husband could whisk the youngsters overseas.

The High Court ruling noted that the businesswoman said she would be safer if she disguised the transfer as an investment in her business, and drew up documents indicating she was buying a 20 per cent share.

Judge Monty noted that if it had been an attempt to hide the cash from Baddie it would have ‘almost certainly failed’ anyway.
But it did not come to that – as the very next month ‘Mr and Mrs TrapKing went on a family holiday to Turkey and they decided to reconcile after a sariir session’.
Baddie immediately told her husband about the £600,000, and texted GeelJirito to ask for it back.

The High Court judgment said: ‘Geeljirito refused, saying it was Baddie’s investment in her company.’

Baddie instructed solicitors, but still Geeljirito refused to return the cash – and continues to do so.

Judge Matan Galadi rejected Geeljirito’s evidence and ruled that although Baddie’s ‘dishonest’ agreement had been a ‘sham’ designed to conceal the money, it would be wholly wrong for Geeljirito to benefit from it – particularly as the divorce never occurred.

He accordingly accepted Baddie’s case, and ruled that Howie must return the money.

Last night Geeljirito could not be contacted. She is also facing unconnected police action for unfair trading, fraud and money laundering, as well as sexual harassment of her ex husband @Mahatma Gaas

This is one of 'em token HoF threads, ain't it? Only gal in there but I'm still trying to find out what's even... Hmm...MGG actually read this whole thing, ya? The man don't even post anymore. He'll probably be back after Sunday's World Cup Final talking about how he knew Argentina was gonna win then leave for another 5 months like an aabo dodging child support.

So yeah. The verdict is in. @MetalGearGaladi didn't read this shit. Props for supporting xalimos though. They need all the love they can get. (y)
